This gorgeous place has been the twinkle in the eyes of every bride and groom. Both the peace garden and the Center are available for your special day. Our facility provides a large room for your Bridal Party to dress and a Groom's Room where you can keep him hidden if you choose.

And should Mother Nature not cooperate with your wedding plans, the indoor Sanctuary seats 125. The Peace Garden also seats 125, and our spacious grounds provide a multitude of photo opportunities to capture every aspect of your special day. Our garden is always evolving with flowers and trees changing with the season.

Wedding Peace Garden/Sanctuary Request Form

Rental Fees: [discount for Unity of Eau Claire members with year/ or more membership] 
  • Wedding Garden & Building. $775.00 for 5 hour timeframe [officiant fee arranged with officiant].
  • Initial non-refundable deposit $200.00 [made out to Unity of Eau Claire]
  • Final payment in two checks; $400.00 made out to Unity of Eau Claire. $175.00 [made out to Facility Coordinator - name to be provided]
  • Maximum of approximately 125 people including wedding party.  

Building Only:
  • $600.00 for 5 hour timeframe [Officiant fee arranged separately with Officiant]
  • Initial non-refundable deposit of $200.00. [made out to Unity of Eau Claire]
  • Final payment in two checks: $275.00 [made out to Unity of Eau Claire] $125.00 [made out to Facility Coordinator - name to be provided].
  • Maximum of approximately 125 people including wedding party.   
Small Ceremonies:  Under 30, including wedding party for 4 hour timeframe. [Officiant fee arranged separately with Officiant]
  • Garden/ Building as backup $475.00 [$200.00 non-refundable deposit [made out to Unity of Eau Claire]. $175.00 final payment [made out to Unity of Eau Claire] $100.00 [made out to Facility Coordinator - name to be provided]
  • Building Only: $325.00 [$200.00 non-refundable deposit [made out to Unity of Eau Claire] $125.00 final payment [made out to Unity of Eau Claire] $75.00 [made out to Facility Coordinator -name to be provided]
  • Minister's Office: [under 10 including wedding party] for one hour time frame. [Officiant fee arranged separately with Officiant]. $75.00 payment [$50.00 to be paid to Unity of Eau Claire] Does not include a rehearsal. [$25.00 to be paid to Facility Coordinator - name to be provided].
Please note: $200.00 non-refundable deposit reserves your date
and is applied to final costs [$50.00 for minister's office] 

Remainder of rental fee is due 30 days prior to wedding date.

3% additional service charge for payments made by credit card. 

Fees include rehearsal [except if married in minister's office] Sanctuary backup in case of weather; dressing rooms for the wedding party; restrooms; limited use of the kitchen [see policies and guidelines]

Policies and Guidelines

  1. Who may be married: Both members and non-members of Unity of Eau Claire may be married at the facility. The Unity minister may be used or bridal party may bring in their own licensed officiant.
  2. State Marriage Requirements: Check with the Clerk of Court in either the County where you live or the county where you will marry for marriage license requirements.
  3. Entry into the building is arranged ahead of time with the Administrative Coordinator/ Office.
  4. Luncheon and use of Kitchen: Fees include use of kitchen [No Cooking]. Any food/non-alcoholic beverages served must be brought in by you [or may be delivered]. Unity staff will not pay for deliveries. Food may be warmed up but not prepared from scratch in the kitchen. You are expected to clean up the kitchen afterwards and remove leftover food.
  5. Alcohol, Drugs, Tobacco and Pets; Unity EC is an alcohol, drug and tobacco free campus, the use of which is prohibited both in the building and on the grounds. The use of tobacco includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapors, cigars, pipes, smokeless tobacco, and all other tobacco products. No pets allowed in the building [with the exception of service dogs]. Dogs must be on a leash.
  6. Decorations: If decorating, please do not use any nails, tacks or staples. Remove decorations after the event.Real flower petals are not allowed inside to throw down on aisle - suggest buying silk flower petals & return if they are not used. Bubbles are also not allowed inside. Silk flower petals are not allowed in the Peace Garden [use real flower petals as they are biodegradable]. Bubbles are allowed outside. 
  7. Flower delivery time is to be coordinated with the Facility Coordinator.
  8. Damage: User assumes responsibility for any damage to the facility or grounds. No Unity of Eau Claire property is to leave the building.You will be held responsible for any damage to the facility or grounds. Cost of repair will be billed to you.
  9. Personal Property: We assume no liability if you leave any personal items on the premises prior to or after the wedding.
  10. Facility Coordinator must be present during wedding to answer questions and supervise use of facilities.
  11. Sound/ Video equipment is available upon request at no charge. Limited sound equipment is available in the Peace Garden, there is an electrical outlet and WIFI.
  12. Behavior: We at Unity hope to help you make this occasion a wonderful experience and expect communication between Unity staff and renter to be appropriate and respectful.
  13. Liability: Renter agrees to save, indemnify, and keep harmless Unity of Eau Claire Spiritual Center against any and all liability, claims, judgments or demands including demands arising from injuries or death of persons and damage to property, arising directly or indirectly out of obligations herein undertaken or out of operations conducted by Renter. It is the intention of the parties that the indemnity provided for by this agreement provides for indemnity to the fullest extent provided for by law.

Rental Agreement

Policies and Conditions

  1. Deposit is required at time of request, and remaining rental fee is due SEVEN days prior to date of event. Events charging a fee but choosing a 80/20 pay when the event is completed prior to leaving.
  2. Entry into the building is arranged ahead of time with the Administrative Coordinator/Office.
  3. Luncheon and use of the kitchen: Members of Unity EC do not prepare and serve food. Any food/non-alcoholic beverage must be brought in by you or may be delivered and served by a representative chosen by you. Unity staff will not pay for deliveries. Food may be warmed up but not prepared in the kitchen. You are expected to clean up the kitchen afterwards and remove all leftover food.
  4. Sound/Video Equipment: Available in the building upon request at no charge. Limited sound equipment is provided in the Peace Garden; there is an outlet and WIFI. Use of equipment must be discussed with Unity's Administrative Coordinator.
  5. All Materials required for the event are to be arranged by the renter; materials may be provided for Unity member led classes in limited quantities.
  6. Alcohol, Drugs, Tobacco, & Pets: Unity EC is an alcohol, drug, and tobacco free campus, the use of which is prohibited both in the building and on the grounds with the exception of service dogs that must be leashed.
  7. Damage: You will be billed for cost of repair for any damage to the facility or grounds.
  8. Unity EC Property: No Unity EC property is to leave the building. Missing property will be billed to you at cost of replacement.
  9. Personal Property: We assume NO liability if you leave any personal items on the premise at Unity EC.
  10. Behavior: We at Unity hope to help you make this occasion a meaningful experience and expect communication between Unity staff and renter to be appropriate and respectful.
  11. Cleanup: includes cleaning, vacuuming, storing tables/ chairs, resetting room, kitchen cleanup, locking doors and windows, turning off lights and ceiling fans. Recycling & trash must be placed in designated areas both indoors and outdoors. Please note instructions in kitchen for composting and recycling. Refer to closing procedures on the bulletin board in the kitchen.
  12. Liability: Renter agrees to save, indemnify, and keep harmless Unity of Eau Claire Spiritual Center against any and all liability, claims, judgments demands, including demands arising from injuries or death of persons and damage to property, arising directly or indirectly out of obligations herein undertaken out of the operations conducted by Renter. It is the intention of the parties that the indemnity provided for by this agreement provides for indemnity to the fullest extent provided for by the law.

Celebration of Life/Memorial Service

  • Rental Fee is $300.00 plus 3% service charge if paid by credit card paid to Unity of Eau Claire prior to the service. Fee includes Unity staff person, who must be present to act as host, answer questions and supervise use of the facilities.
  • Setup and Cleanup will be facilitad by the Administrative Coordinator.
  • Minister and Music: Unity will make referrals for minister and music upon request, fees are negotiated and paid directly to Officiant and Musician.
